Craig Martin is Founder and Principal of Orion Professional Development; helping professionals and management teams "do their most important work" in performance; leadership; teamwork; and career strategy.

The International Coach Federation (ICF) has awarded Craig its Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential. He is also a graduate of New Ventures West; a professional coaching school accredited by the ICF. Craig has over 18 years experience as a line management executive in marketing and financial services. He was a Vice President at Charles Schwab & Co where he worked in Advertising, Mutual Funds and Electronic Brokerage. Craig and his wife of 19 years are avid tennis players and skiers; and they have two young children in elementary school.

Craig has held leadership positions for many years in the coaching industry through the Professional Coaches & Mentors Association (PCMA) where is currently President of the Northern California chapter. He also serves a lay leader in the Episcopal Church in the Diocese of California (San Francisco Bay Area) where he has been engaged for the recruitment of both its new Bishop and a local parish Rector.

Tony Reilly

Coaching, Training, Consulting




Tony has over twenty-five years of experience in his field of expertise. He has taught at several universities, including the University of Michigan where he served as a member of the graduate faculty and supervised doctoral candidates’ research. Following his academic career, he joined Eli Lilly and Company as Industrial Psychologist.

Tony spent twelve years as Senior Consultant for University Associates, a publishing, consulting and training firm. While there he trained managers and consultants from hundreds of organizations throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.

To work more closely with line managers and executives, Tony joined the firm of Keilty, Goldsmith, and Boone. After four years he established his own consulting practice. His commitment is to establish and to nurture strong trust-based relationships with each client he serves.

Tony has numerous publications in professional journals. His doctoral thesis earned him the James McKeen Cattell Award from the American Psychological Association for “the best research design in which basic scientific methods are applied to problems in business and industry.” Tony is committed to utilizing practical tools, grounded in solid research, through the work he creates in partnership with clients.

Together with his spouse, Joanne, Tony lives, works and enjoys life in Boulder, Colorado.

Annette Taylor

Administration, Scheduling




Annette Taylor keeps “all systems running” at Orion. She has nearly 25 years experience in project management, administration, customer service, database management and event planning. Her career began in customer service for ATT and has maintained a customer service mindset as she has developed professionally.  Her career has progressed from Service Representative to Executive Administrator and has worked in both the corporate world and at non-profits.  She excels at streamlining work processes and she takes pride in perfecting projects and in cultivating long-term relationships with clients.  While Annette is herself quite technologically astute, she is also blessed with a son who is a computer networking expert.
Annette is fluent in Spanish, excel in customer contact of all forms and take pleasure from learning, teaching, and bringing order to any form of chaos.

Mary Winslow

Billing, Accounts Payable




Mary Winslow is the mastermind keeping Orion’s financial house in order.

Mary is a graduate of Linfield College in Oregon.  She has lived on the peninsula for 20 years and was the Assistant Controller for The O’Brien Group, a Northern California housing developer for 12 years before becoming a mom in 1998.  She now does accounting consulting work for O’Brien Group, Orion, and other clients while being a full time mom to her second grade son, David.
